    im a japanese guy from japan. i dont know much about this game, but i want to join in a war because ive never
    attacked someone yet. (although was attacked in japanese server...) any advise, i would be grateful, thank you.

    One of the things I have learned is to only attack someone who is not on. They have no time to react.
