Ranks

just letting you know that there is a rank improvement system.

Most, if not all, of you are newcomer now.
By posting that rank will improve (in the forum)

just a nice touch to reward whos active

Awesome man, think you can tell us how many posts equals what rank? And also how many ranks are there. Also if any has suggestions to this idea, be sure to air them out.

i cant really tell right now, im on my psp so i cant copy paste.

after newcomer comes graduate if i remember properly, at 10 post and it would equal 1 star.

default there are about 6 stars max, would more ranks be needed id have to make them myself.

and special ranks get a different pic like i have. im on that

Members of these groups can be trusted, any members outside of these groups are NOT veryfied by NeverDie or me. This means we dont know for sure if they are member of NeverDie. They could be spies or just any other random guy.

That's a cool idea...maybe it will encourage more people to get on here and post...noticed you have nobody posted as General or Diplomat...hopefully over the next month or two I can prove my self to be a strong alliance player.

just a quick question... shouldnt some of those ranks be for people with large fleets.. rather than how many posts they have puten on... im not complaining but im just throwing that out there

If we would do that we wouldnt reward those who also contribute on the forum a lot.

Which is really important.
The forum ranks have no saying whatsoever ingame.

Perhaps then it can be a mix. Both a ranking of actual strength on ogame and a ranking based upon membership nad participation. ..just an idea...

I like the idea of topic ranks.

the only downfall is if someone blasts the spam section they get alot of posts in and run up the ranks...

but I doubt anyone would do that

yeah im actully suprized we havnt had any spammers join are alliance just to randomly spam up the place but yeah we should have a mix or some sort of better way of the rankning system

We had one guy, he actually spammed some threads but they were deleted.

Maybe it was me ? but i only spam in chats.... so i doubt it Well, I will go and post then , question , is it just the Forum rank or OGame ranks too ?

2 different ranking systems that are separate from each other....forum and in-game...NeverDie and D_K_iller are well in tuned with who is doing what in both. Very well run alliance.

Ogame in-game ranks have nothing to do with Forum ranks.
I made this system to on one side reward the active, and on another to make it easier to see who is indeed active.

Spammers, however, will be rewarded too. But dont forget I will read each and every post. Eventually spam gets you banned, unless it happened in the spamboard.

To bad I cant deactivate the post count in there.

But these stars (or in the case of ND and myself a picture) doesnt mean anything actually. The RANK here that mattes is the color of your name.

Blue means your a andromeda member
Grey is Draco
Red is staff
Yellow is admin.

These ranks care!
